VIB DCS: A Mobile App for Debt Collection

VIB DCS is a mobile application designed specifically for business users of VIB International Bank to assist officers in debt collection and processing tasks. The software is synchronized with the DCS debt collection system, enabling officers to operate quickly and conveniently, ensuring safety when using the app outside the bank and contributing to the effectiveness of their work.

The system consists of 5 main modules, including the Dashboard, which displays a summary of the officer's managed categories, and the Directory, which queries and updates information on loans allocated to officers. The Search for Vehicles module allows for quick searches of vehicles assigned to debt processing teams and sharing their current location. The Map module allows officers to check the addresses of customers on the priority list and search for all customer addresses on the allocation list. Finally, the My Corner module allows users to view and set up utilities related to their account.
